About Faten
Dr. Faten Salama, MBA, ICF PCC, is a leadership coaching educator, executive and leadership coach, learning and development strategist, facilitator, bilingual MC and event host, panel moderator, executive interviewer and keynote speaker.
Across 18+ years of professional experience and 5,000+ hours of coaching experience, her career has spanned aviation, service, retail, financial services, higher education, the public sector and media across the GCC and Egypt. She is also an Accredited Institutional Training Consultant and CXPA member.
